Although we recognize that there are different legal and cultural environments in which factories operate throughout the world, we want to ensure that all factories operate their businesses in an ethical manner and adhere to the basic principles of Corporate Social Responsibility.
We define Corporate Social Responsibility as follows: A responsibility by corporations to take proactive steps to improve the quality of life for their employees and local community, and to ensure that the corporate organizations adhere to all local and international laws pertaining to the following:
• Discrimination and abuse
• Child & forced labor
• Worker environment, health, and safety
• Proper wages and hours
Along with providing a safe and ethical working environment, we must also ensure that the products we produce fulfill all required safety standards and expectations. We leverage our experience with that of our factory and testing partners to ensure all products are ethically sourced and properly tested.
The following statements raising business conduct and ethical concerns are addressed in detail in our Creative House Branding Code of Conduct, which every partner is required to sign and return for our records.
